Offer and Impressions
We sublet 3 furnished rooms with a shared kitchen, dining area, and a modern large bathroom. The 3 rooms are charmingly furnished, offer sufficient storage space and have their own character and ambience. Pillows, bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need. A fast Wifi, Sonos system, light, washing machine, tumble dryer complete the offer. The daily fitness program is also included: the rooms are on the 3rd floor without lift.
Come with a suitcase and a necessaire - get some food at the local supermarket and you are all set.

Pricing and Conditions
The rooms cost CHF 550 (room 3) and CHF 650 (rooms 1 & 2) per month, plus a flat fee of CHF 50 for heating, electricity, water and wifi. This is payable in advance at the beginning of each month.
The rooms are each sublet for a minimum of 3 months. The sublease can be terminated by either side at the end of the month with 14 days' notice. On signing the contract, you will have to pay a deposit of 1 month's rent, the rent for the first month incl. service fee, as well as end of stay cleaning fee of CHF 150.
The cleaning of the rooms and the washing of the bed linen / towels is the responsibility of each individual tenant, the cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom are the tenants joint responsibility. If desired, our cleaning staff can be hired at your own expense.
